Shipping & Delivery
Once you place your order we start to process it. If your order is placed before 9 AM PST it will MOST likely ship same business day. We can have up to a 3 business day processing time to ship all orders out from our facility. 

 

Shipping Methods
We offer shipping via United States Postal Service. First Class Mail Parcel typically takes about 3-7 business days once shipped to arrive to your location. Priority Mail takes about 1-3 business days to arrive to your location.

Returns & Replacements
Normally we do not accept returns. You can view our full return policy on our return policy page here.

 

Pending Charges, but Credit Card was declined.
If your credit card is declined on our website you will most likely see a pending transaction on your bank account from High Class Vape Co. Don't worry we did not collect any payment from you. This pending payment will be removed from your bank once your bank realizes we delined your transaction. This can take anywhere from 5-10 business days. This processing time is out of your control.

Do the e-liquids you manufacture contain diacetyl?
We do not add diacetyl to any of our products. Our High Class Vape Co premium line is 100% diketone free.
