Return Policy

All Sales are Final.

We do not accept returns on e-liquid, electronic cigarettes, atomizers or tanks, mods or accessories for any reason. If you receive a item DOA (dead on arrival), damaged, or otherwise defective please contact us at support@highclassvapeco.com as this is the only reason why a return would be permitted. Returns are accepted on  case by case basis.

Shipping:

Merchant only ships internationally for vape products where personal use vape products are allowed, which are Canada & Australia.

Refunds
We do not provide refunds for returned products. Do not return your order to us. You will not receive a refund. If your order is returned to us because you provided an incorrect shipping address at the time you placed your order then we will refund you minus the shipping cost. 
Wrong Product Received:
Did we accidentally ship you the wrong product? If this happens we will ship you the correct product right away and send you a return shipping label so you can send the wrong product back to us. 

Defective Products:

We provide exchanges only for defective products. We will send you a return shipping label so you can send the defective product back to us. 

Late or missing Refunds:

If you are missing a refund from us just email us at support@highclassvapeco.com. Please note refunds take approximately 3-7 business days to return to your account due to bank processing times.
