All Sales are Final.
We do not accept returns on e-liquid, electronic cigarettes, atomizers or tanks, mods or accessories for any reason. If you receive a item DOA (dead on arrival), damaged, or otherwise defective please contact us at support@highclassvapeco.com as this is the only reason why a return would be permitted. Returns are accepted on case by case basis.
Shipping:
Merchant only ships internationally for vape products where personal use vape products are allowed, which are Canada & Australia.
Defective Products:
We provide exchanges only for defective products. We will send you a return shipping label so you can send the defective product back to us.
Late or missing Refunds:If you are missing a refund from us just email us at support@highclassvapeco.com. Please note refunds take approximately 3-7 business days to return to your account due to bank processing times.
